• Failure to allow clansmen to plead case
• Failure to allow 24hr grace period
• Engaging in clan meeting without the presents of the defending party
• Unlawful ban from Ventrilo server under false charges
• Altering Ally agreements and harassment
• Kicking clan members from BF2 squad
• Abuse of leadership power
